February 2008 by: KevinR I was worried when I saw that the restaurant was in the parking lot of a Gas Station, and even more so when the place was only 1/4 full on a Thursday night ... But I have to say, I was VERY impressed! I spent some time studying under a Saucier Chef in a Family-Owned Italian Restaurant (In a former Life) and as a result, most Italian Restaurants are very disappointing to me. (Why go out when I can make it better at home) But these guys got it right ... The pasta was JUST past al dente, the herbs were fresh & balanced, the sauces were authentic, and the wait staff was courteous & well-informed.
